This game was developed with the support of the Heinrich Böll Foundation, as part of a joint effort to promote education, inclusion and critical reflection on the experiences of trans and sex-gender-corporal dissident people in Colombia and Latin America.
1. Game objective
Trans-poderoses is an educational and transformative game that seeks to raise awareness about the realities, struggles and resistances of trans and sex-gender-corporal dissident people. The game is aimed at a broad audience, over 14 years old, and can be used individually or in groups for pedagogical, community or recreational purposes.
2. Ownership and copyright
All game contents, including design, images, characters, texts, questions, mechanics, interfaces, and other graphic and sound elements, are the exclusive property of Fundación Sentiido, or are licensed for their use.
Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization from the Foundation.
3. Access and conditions of use
- The game is free to use.
- It is prohibited to use the game for discriminatory, offensive, violent purposes or that violate human rights or human dignity.
- Manipulation of the game's code, functionality or security is not allowed.
- Fundación Sentiido reserves the right to suspend or block access to users who misuse the platform.
4. Personal data protection
Fundación Sentiido complies with Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection and its regulatory decree 1377 of 2013. In case the game collects personal information (such as name, email, age or city), it will be treated according to our Data Processing Policy, which will be available on our website.
Users have the right to know, update, rectify and delete their personal data from our databases, as well as to revoke the authorization granted for their processing.
5. Responsibility and exoneration
The use of the game is voluntary and under the responsibility of the user. Fundación Sentiido is not responsible for decisions, damages or losses that may arise from improper use of the game.
Although we strive to maintain the availability and proper functioning of the platform, we do not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions, errors or connection problems.
6. Updates
Fundación Sentiido may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will always be available on the website where the game is hosted. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review this section.
7. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. In case of controversies or legal disputes, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the judges of the city of Bogotá D.C.
